Nerja self-catering Villas and Townhouses
Villa Jossalan: This beautiful, spacious three-bedroom villa is set in its own private gardens on the popular Jardines de Nerja Urbanisation close to Capistrano Village. This property comes highly recommended for couples and families alike, with quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
Entry to the villa is through large wooden gates into the private walled garden. On the ground floor, the property has a dining room, living room, kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas, a TV showing many UK channels including Sky Sports 1 and 2, also provided is a DVD and music system. The living room leads onto a separate dining room that overlooks the garden.
The recently refurbished modern kitchen has all the appliances needed for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher. Stairs lead from the living room to the lower floor which has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, a utility room with washing machine and appliances. There is also a large games room with full-size pool table, ideal for those wanting nights in. The villa sleeps six guests and has 3 bedrooms in all, one double and two twin bedrooms. The double and the twin rooms have air conditioning and overhead fans.
Externally the villa has private walled gardens and a large patio with sunbeds, two dining tables, chairs and BBQ. There are also stairs leading to a private roof terrace. Townhouse Pueblo Los Arcos 4: Pueblo Los Arcos 4 Nerja is a pretty townhouse with a private garden and a communal pool with a relaxing atmosphere. The townhouse is located in small gated urbanization that is perfectly safe for both families and couples. It is a ten-minute walk down to the Burriana beach, and a fifteen-minute walk down to the centre of Nerja. You can take advantage of what the two nearby hotels have to offer: A gourmet tapas restaurant, an Andalucian-style café bar, a garden bar, entertainment some nights of the week.
The townhouse is accessed through the communal security gate. There is a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with air-conditioning and direct access to the private garden, and a toilet. Townhouse Paraiso Blanco 34: This beautiful, very well maintained two bedroomed, two bathroom townhouse is situated on the Paraiso Blanco complex, only 10 minutes walk from the famous Burriana Beach, Nerja.
Deservedly part of our Platinum Range of properties, the property is set out on two floors with the living areas being upstairs. The lounge is decorated to a very high standard with two comfortable sofas and quality furnishings including a 40-inch flat-screen TV with British channels. Leading from the lounge is a south-facing terrace with a large glass table and chairs and electric sun awning making it an ideal place to relax or dine Al Fresco. Townhouse Bouganvilla 7: This 3 bedroom townhouse is located on the Almijara urbanisation in Nerja, with two lovely communal pools and well-kept gardens. The beaches and centre of Nerja are a few minutes drive. The property sleeps 6, there is also a crib making it an ideal property for families.
The property is well furnished and decorated throughout. The lower floor has a living/dining room with air conditioning, leather sofas, dining table and chairs. There is a TV with British channels, DVD and music system plus free WiFi. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the appliances required for a self-catering holiday.
