There is easy access to the apartment via the lift/elevator. The building also has a private gated parking area.
As you enter the apartment, you will find the open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your self-catering holiday, complete with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and washing machine.
Leading on from the kitchen area is the cosy living room area complete with a TV with international channels, a sofa and 2 armchairs. Free WiFi is provided.
The living room opens onto the spacious balcony with scenic views over the communal gardens, and pool as well as the sea and Balcon de Europa.
